Prataap Snacks Faces Profit Decline and Institutional Stake Reduction in Q2 FY24-25

Prataap Snacks has recently undergone an adjustment in evaluation, reflecting the company's current market dynamics and performance indicators. The small-cap player in the FMCG sector has faced notable challenges, particularly in its financial results for the second quarter of FY24-25. The company reported a significant decline in profit after tax (PAT), which amounted to Rs 1.28 crore, alongside a profit before tax (PBT) of Rs -0.16 crore.
Despite maintaining a low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.04 times, suggesting manageable debt levels, Prataap Snacks has encountered difficulties in achieving long-term growth.
