Shiva Texyarn Reports Strong PAT Growth Amid Declining Inventory and Debtors Ratios

Shiva Texyarn, a microcap player in the textile industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024. The company has demonstrated notable growth in its Profit After Tax (PAT), which reached Rs 4.54 crore, reflecting a significant year-on-year increase of 145.40%. This positive trend is further supported by the Profit Before Tax (PBT), which stood at Rs 1.15 crore, marking a substantial improvement compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters.
However, not all aspects of the financial performance are favorable. The Inventory Turnover Ratio has reached its lowest point at 4.81 times, indicating a slowdown in the pace of inventory sales over the last five half-year periods. Similarly, the Debtors Turnover Ratio has also declined to 6.59 times, suggesting a deceleration in the company's ability to settle its debts.

In light of these developments, Shiva Texyarn has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting a shift from 12 to 10 over the past three months.
