Purple Finance, a microcap finance company, recently declared its financial results for the quarter ending September 2024. The company’s stock has been given a ‘Strong Sell’ rating by MarketsMOJO.

According to the financial report, Purple Finance has seen a negative performance in the quarter, with a score of -8 compared to -3 in the previous quarter. This decline can be attributed to various factors, including a decrease in Profit Before Tax (PBT) and Profit After Tax (PAT).

The PBT for the quarter was reported at Rs -5.74 crore, which is a significant decrease of 48.3% compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters, which was Rs -3.87 crore. This indicates a very negative trend in the company’s near-term PBT.

Similarly, the PAT for the quarter was reported at Rs -5.57 crore, which is a decrease of 129.0% compared to the average PAT of the previous four quarters, which was Rs -2.43 crore. This also shows a very negative trend in the company’s near-term PAT.

Moreover, Purple Finance’s PBT for the quarter was the lowest in the last five quarters, further highlighting the negative trend in the company’s financial performance. The same can be said for the company’s Earnings per Share (EPS), which was reported at Rs -1.66, the lowest in the last five quarters.

Overall, the financial results for the quarter ending September 2024 show a decline in profitability for Purple Finance. This may be a cause for concern for shareholders, as the company has created lower earnings for them. However, it is important to note that this is based on the company’s past performance and does not reflect its future potential. Investors are advised to do their own research and analysis before making any investment decisions.
