J.G.Chemicals Reports Strong Q3 FY24-25 Results with Record Profit After Tax

J.G.Chemicals, a small-cap player in the chemicals industry, recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024. The company reported a notable performance in Q3 FY24-25, with a Profit After Tax (PAT) reaching Rs 16.97 crore, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters. This positive trend in PAT has been consistent, showing growth each quarter during this period.
In terms of sales, J.G.Chemicals achieved net sales of Rs 421.16 crore for the half-year, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 34.14%. This upward trajectory in sales indicates a robust near-term trend. Additionally, the company reported an operating profit (PBDIT) of Rs 23.10 crore, also the highest in the last five quarters, further supporting the positive outlook on operational performance.

The Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) stood at Rs 21.43 crore, which is a significant increase compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters. The earnings per share (EPS) reached Rs 4.33, showcasing an increase in profitability and enhanced earnings for shareholders.

Despite these positive indicators, J.G.Chemicals has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score falling to 19 from 24 over the last three months.
