Deep Industries Reports Record High Net Sales and Profit Growth for December Quarter

Deep Industries, a small-cap player in the oil exploration and refinery sector, has reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024, showcasing a very positive performance. The company's evaluation has undergone an adjustment, reflecting a score change from 18 to 21 over the past three months.
The financial data reveals several noteworthy trends. Net sales reached a record high of Rs 154.83 crore, marking consistent growth each quarter over the last five quarters. Additionally, the operating profit to interest ratio has also reached its peak at 20.73 times, indicating an enhanced capacity to manage interest obligations. Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs 53.06 crore, demonstrating significant growth compared to the average of the previous four quarters. However, the company faces challenges as well. Interest expenses have risen to Rs 8.81 crore, reflecting increased borrowings, while the debt-equity ratio has reached its highest level in the last five half-yearly periods, suggesting potential liquidity concerns.
