Cerebra Integrated Technologies, a microcap IT hardware company, reported a negative performance in the quarter ending June 2024. Net sales and profit after tax saw a decline, while interest cost and debt-equity ratio increased significantly. Investors should carefully consider these factors before making any investment decisions.

Cerebra Integrated Technologies, a microcap IT hardware company, recently declared its financial results for the quarter ending June 2024. The company’s stock has been given a ‘Sell’ call by MarketsMOJO.

According to the financial report, Cerebra Integr. has seen a negative performance in the quarter, with a score of -11, a significant decrease from the previous quarter’s score of 3. This decline can be attributed to several factors.

One of the main reasons for the negative performance is the decrease in net sales, which fell by 21.7% to Rs 10.17 crore compared to the average net sales of the previous four quarters, which was Rs 13.00 crore. This indicates a downward trend in sales in the near term.

The company’s profit after tax (PAT) also saw a decline of 20.4% to Rs -10.63 crore compared to the average PAT of the previous four quarters, which was Rs -8.83 crore. This negative trend in PAT is a cause for concern.

Another concerning factor is the significant increase in interest cost, which grew by 151,999,900.00% quarter on quarter (QoQ) to Rs 1.52 crore. This suggests that the company has taken on more borrowings, which could lead to a stressed liquidity situation.

Furthermore, the debt-equity ratio for the company is at its highest in the last five half-yearly periods, standing at 0.18 times. This indicates that the company is relying more on borrowings to fund its operations, which could have a negative impact on its financial stability.

Overall, the financial results for the quarter ending June 2024 have not been favorable for Cerebra Integrated Technologies. Investors should carefully consider these factors before making any investment decisions.
