Bharat Road Network has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024, showcasing a significant turnaround in its performance metrics. The company has experienced a notable adjustment in its evaluation, with its score rising to 32 from a previous score of 0 over the last three months.
The financial highlights reveal a robust growth trajectory. Net sales reached Rs 231.67 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 137.68%. Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) surged to Rs 158.26 crore, marking an impressive year-on-year increase of 1180.27%. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 169.58 crore, also showing a substantial year-on-year growth of 1178.1%. These figures indicate a strong operational performance, with both operating profit and operating profit margin reaching their highest levels in the last five quarters.

However, the company faces challenges, particularly with a Debt-Equity Ratio of 7.85 times, which has been on the rise over the past five half-yearly periods, suggesting increased borrowing to support operations. Additionally, the highest non-operating income in recent quarters raises questions about sustainability.
