Alphalogic Techsys Reports Strong Q3 FY24-25 Sales Growth Amid Liquidity Concerns

Alphalogic Techsys, a microcap company in the IT software industry, has recently reported its financial results for the third quarter of FY24-25, revealing notable developments in its performance metrics. The company announced its financial performance on January 24, 2025, highlighting a year-on-year growth in net sales, which reached Rs 39.48 crore, reflecting a substantial increase. This growth in sales is further supported by the highest operating profit recorded in the last five quarters, amounting to Rs 1.77 crore.
In addition, the profit before tax (PBT), excluding other income, also reached a peak at Rs 1.63 crore during this period. The company's efficiency in managing its receivables is evident from a debtor turnover ratio of 7.50 times, marking the highest level in the last five half-yearly periods.

However, the report also indicates challenges, particularly with cash and cash equivalents, which have declined to Rs 0.01 crore, the lowest in the last six half-yearly periods. This decline raises concerns regarding short-term liquidity. As a result, there has been an adjustment in evaluation, with the overall financial score for Alphalogic Techsys reflecting a change from 10 to 9 over the past three months.
